Dolcecorrao - MODENA

I have been in this bar a couple of times, nice local and very nice but the owners never open at the established time or do not open their own. I don't recommend it.

This morning I go to the opening hours, while I wait to be served (because the pastes were not yet ready) with very sad known the gentleman who serves the bar to go to the bathroom and get out immediately after pulling the watermark, take the kitten from the bathroom and used without gloves. At the moment when he had to serve me with the same hands of the shaquone and the mop begins to take the napkin and then put the pastes in the takeaway bag. At the invitation to go wash my hands is answered with little gauze tone that it was not true that he had used the mop (also denying the evidence). I decide to go and take nothing.. Too bad for pasta because they are good but I can't say just as much about education and cleaning.

Clean and clean premises. Excellent and with choice pasta and very kind staff. Prices a little higher than average.

You also pay the air you breathe in the room. A glass of water and a teaspoon of honey, 1.5€.

Dolce Corrao is a reference point for meeting people for work: different tables inside and outside. Variety of offers of breakfast or salty pasta for a stop near lunch. The service is discreetly quick. I confirm, as I read in other reviews, that there is little inclination to the smile. Otherwise it would attract more. Anyway, I think it's probably the best bar in the area.
