It was a culinary journey through simple dishes from the countryside and traditional dishes revisited with skill by the innkeeper. Very high quality of the raw material and maximum attention to its preparation. The service was fast and efficient, I felt at home, everyone was very kind and with a big smile. Fixed menu that varies according to the seasonality of the products which has an absolutely fair quality/price ratio. I will return soon with friends to share this experience with them.
