What Marco Palmieri doesn't like about Hamerica's:
Nice place too, certainly not up to the standard of service. Table booked at 9.45pm, seated at 10pm and order taken 20 minutes later but the best part is yet to come. 1h to bring an appetizer (burnt popcorn chicken) after they brought us a wrong appetizer. Excellent hamburger shop in Piazza Matteotti in Modena, literally a stone's throw from the cathedral, friendly staff, sometimes the service can be a little chaotic but it depends on the days and time slots as with all restaurants.
