Puebla La Churreria - Mocambo

For a restaurant that has been selling Puebla food since 1960, the cemitas give a lot to say... the bread is totally different, it can be understood that in the city of Veracruz you can't find that bread but in 60 years they haven't been able to put in an oven and make it. Is the bread itself the closest to poblano? The prices are high, perhaps because of the area where they are located, the rent must be expensive, they have a good flow of people, the service is good, the sauce is acceptable and hygienic, nothing surprising.
