They had an excellent system to pull customers through. Had about 10 cars before us and probably lasted 10 minutes to get my order, paid and delivered food to the vehicle. DQ is always good. Hands to Management and Staff, JOB WELL DONE View all feedback.

Speed is not the name of the game here. Quantity is not 100%.Quality not a focus, but when cool treat is focus, it's the choice over the option of hot eats. Have time on your hands, this is the choice. Get what you get, and prepared to wait. View all feedback.
Staff was friendly and awesome!! It was clean and organized.
Place is a train wreck! I think the hired everyone from middle- high school. Took 45 min for an incomplete order.
Don’t get me wrong, the food was great, but the wait was too long. We sat an HOUR waiting for our food, so we asked where our order was and they said they had a “mix up”. The workers were super nice about it and gave us two free blizzard coupon things but when our order came they still got it wrong. Seriously I think DQ is going down hill, get yourselves together.
This place we chaotic to day the last, staff was completely unorganized and untrained. It took a half hour for a small cone and small blizzard.
Food was excellent, we really enjoyed our choice of various venues we could have gone with. The way time was reasonable and the service was good. The drive thru could use improvement but with a smaller town like Mobridge it works within its means.
