What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I ordered through an online delivery service, but the experience was disappointing. I placed an order for three combos and didn’t receive any of my drinks. I tried calling the restaurant about twelve times but couldn’t get through at all. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. View all feedback.
During our first visit, we spoke to a friendly cashier and explained that we were missing our fries and showed her the receipt. We also asked if it was possible to have our wings remade since they would be cold by the time we returned. The cashier hesitated because she wasn't sure if she could remake our food, which I totally understand. In the end, they did agree to remake the wings, but we still didn’t get our fries. I spoke to another courteous cashier, who directed us to the manager. I want to be clear that I've always had positive experiences with the cooks and cashiers; I have respect for their work as I’ve been in the fast food industry myself. This review is not about them. The manager eventually came over and told me that she couldn’t remake the fries because I didn’t bring any back. The problem with that is, I never received the fries in the first place. She argued that it had been an hour since I placed my order, questioning why I was only now bringing up this issue. However, I had only been gone for about 20 to 25 minutes before returning. It felt like she was suggesting I had dropped my fries off and come back for more, but gas is too expensive for such nonsense. She pointed to the return policy, which is irrelevant in this situation since I didn’t get my order as it was supposed to be. Then, she asserted, "Well, I made your food, and I KNOW you got your fries," in front of other customers, effectively calling me a liar about the missing fries. I became quite upset and insisted, "I promise you, I did not receive my fries." She cut me off and abruptly ended the conversation by saying, "I'm going to get you your fries." Interestingly, during my first attempt at retrieving my fries, the cashier admitted that they had been forgetting the fries. And it’s worth noting that when I returned a second time, another customer walked in at the same moment because she was missing her sides, one of which happened to be fries. Overall, I’d give this experience a zero out of five if I could, but since I can’t, I’ll settle for a one out of five. This has been the most frustrating interaction I’ve ever had with a restaurant manager, so congratulations on that.

I waited almost an hour for some wings, and my order was never sent to the kitchen. After inquiring about the status of my order, I was informed that I had called in at 2:26 PM and was told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived at 2:45 PM and ended up waiting until 3:20 PM. During that time, one of the employees was just walking around chatting on her cell phone. I visit this place once or twice a week, but this has been by far the worst experience I've had at Wingstop.

This place is sincerely müll on the phone. they told me to stop after they picked up and waited for at least 40 minutes and didn't pick up. retrieved a few minutes after hanging and immediately suspended.
