The hotel was great as usual. The Starbucks or whatever inside was slow, expensive and not great. Tomato soup was like watered down Cambells, but not as good. Egg shells in the salad, ordered first, brought last. ? wine 10$ a pop!!! Paid for park and cruise, stayed one night, Derek's taxi service dropped is at the port. Gave them the day and time of return. (They already know, only one ship leaves that port) I texted the day before we landed and the morning of, then called. No response. Called the hotel, talked to one of the driver's and got frustrated. Took a cab to the hotel$40 !!!!!

Good food, but limited choices on the menu. Just one staff member is on duty to take care of the galley, Starbucks and service.

Got to the vote room, there were no rooms available to check in . The front desk lady , very tall and rude had zero customer service ! If she explained that there was penalty to cancel I would have stayed at this raggedy hotel with no customer service.

My wife and I were just passing through on our way to pick up some seafood for the 4th weekend and this place had an amazing rate decent location. The front desk lady was very nice. The room was updated however the TV remote dis not work and was older. Parts of the room had not been vacuumed around the edges.

When woll your hotel be open??? I see constructions going on and I am excited to see the final product . I am looking to book for this summer .Will you be open by then? Do you have connecting rooms and will there be breakfast included? Do you have a swimming pool? Thank you
