We definitely enjoyed our evening at TGIF. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. Our food came out hot and delicious. Our waitress was a little slow and the door greeter didn't bother to open the door for the elders or disabled (reason for 4 stars because hospitality is important). View all feedback.
What Dave's Adventures doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Mobile:
We made our reservation through Open Table, but upon arrival the restaurant would not honor the reservation. They said that Open Table should have been turned off for that night. After confirming that they had the reservation, they still refused to honor it. They told us that the wait would be 30-45 minutes. There was no other place to go or we would have walked out. We went to the bar area and found a table. We spok... View all feedback.
I arrived at TGI on 5-13-2019 at 4:20 pm my Reservation was at 4:45 pm when I was greeted by the host I explain I had a reservation that I made online thru Open Table the host explain she never heard of it. She said there reservations is made when you call the restaurant and they write it in the book. I said to her I have a confirmation no. She replied to me I don’t know anything about it and never heard of it. So I said well ask your Manager maybe he can assist us with this she went asked him he said he didn’t know anything about Open Table even though I had a confirmation no. It’s nothing he could do about it He never came to talk or greet or apologize or anything. I did ask his Name she reluctantly told me Steven Brown. Because it was a Graduation celebration we stayed there But we will not be patronizing that Establishment again and we will be Spreading the word. By the way the waitress was great never got chance to see or talk to the Manger he never came out to greet us.

We went to the bar area and found a table. We spoke to the waitress who worked it out with the “host” for us to eat in the bar area. The waitress was GREAT (Monica). The management should have done the right thing and honored our reservation. It should not have been our problem.
Traditional TGIF food, with excellent servers and prompt delivery of food!
I was very disappointed with my experience at Friday's. I have ate there in years and it was my son's choice for his graduation dinner. 5 of is ordered the endless appetizers. The waitress had to go back three times to finally get the flat bread chicken I ordered. This was after everyone else's order has arrived. Then 3 of the people and myself ordered second appetizers and they once again got theirs before me. In fact they got to orders before my second finally came out. And the second order for everyone was half cold and not good at all. For my final appetizer I got it 20 minutes free I ordered it. Most of my family and friends had left. The waitresses excuse was that people in the back were grabbing my stuff for other tables. I don't know how it works but I call bull on that. Then to top off my worse experience ever it took the waitress 20 minutes to get my check right.
