Usually, everything is fine, but they mess up our order about 80% of the time when we have more than three items. While we do make adjustments or substitutions, they're nothing too out of the ordinary. Recently, my partner had to drive all the way back to return a completely incorrect order from someone else, and they happily prepared a fresh one for us without any fuss. He mentioned that the staff member was very kind and apologetic.
It was a larger than usual drive thru order, however, food took a nice while , window lady was not friendly and gave us wrong drinks. The food itself was fine
The cashier's are always a little short with me here, but overall it's an ok place to eat. Their food has needed some improvement for a little while now but it's a place that stays open late that has food I like. Overall I give it a 4 outta 5 stars.
Just had a door dash order from here at first they told me they was out of eggs than told door dash customer service breakfast was over my customer order at 9:55 I arrived at 10:17. Not this poor man has spent his last that was on his card and will not receive a refund for a few day's. So I'm my way to pick him something up with my own money we have a lot of older people that use this app so please keep that in mind.
At first, we couldn't tell if the location was open or not. The front door was being held open by what looked to be mitre saw. On the side of the building was a work truck and across from it was a roll off dumpster. But, to my surprise, the location was still conducting business. We ordered at the drive-thru, paid at the window, then had us pull to the other side of the building for curbside. They were probably renovating the inside, but it was hard to tell if they were or not. I don't have any complaints about the employee(s), service or the food.
