What Jeremy Hamby doesn't like about Subway:
The food was ok. The young guy took forever to make my sandwich he got the meat out and turned it like 4 times trying to make up his mind how he was going to place it on the bread. Then he would toss the pickles and banana pickles on there and most of them fell off. if I wasn’t so hungry I would have just walked out, he was a nice guy just might need to wash dishes for a few more years before he upgraded to Sandwich... If I could give ZERO stars I would ! We go in this subway all the time have NEVER had a problem with someone not wanting to toast the sub some more OR refuse to give me a refund “because it’s already wrapped and bagged” but who ever the big white girl that was in there today 02/26/2024 baby girl you sooo lucky I only cussed you out because you’re attitude is DISGUSTING and I ignored yo attitude the first time I was still nice to you didn’t catch a attitude even when I came back in I still wasn’t rude to you till you started talking stupid to me and whoever the manger is that supposedly watched her make the sandwich (but wasn’t at the store.. and told her she didn’t have to remake or refund me you y’all need to replace that one and get another cause you shouldn’t have ya employees in there with no supervision . You need to teach your employees some customer service and this is coming from a former fast food Manager so i know how customers can be but don’t take yo anger for being at work out on the customers who actually being nice to you and I will be getting my refund one way or another
I ordered two tuna footlongs online due to the 2 footlongs for $12.99 deal. When I came in, I saw that there were about three people in the line and another being served. They only had one worker. I was then told that they ran out of tuna and had to change my order. I will say that he did a good job making my sandwiches and was very sanitary. But he seemed overwhelmed or stressed which is understandable seeing he’s the only worker with all of those customers..that resulted in the three stars.
Wasn’t clean, no restocking, guy making my husband and my foot long yesterday had the sniffles and or runny nose, While making our sandwiches he would use his arm to wipe his nose. Food was not closed while having no customers. Husband had to go to the gas station register to see if anyone was in the back in subway before anyone came out. He quickly washed his hands if at all. Food tasted horrible that both my husband and I only took 2 bites before throwing away and felt nauseous after word. For $25 it wasn’t worth it! The sandwich wasn’t even cut in half. Don’t even know where the knives were since he didn’t use them. When I asked for a receipt he said “oh we don’t have any paper.” Will not come back to this subway again!!! I’ve worked at subway before and for someone who has worked at subway before I got so upset with the way it was! I would rate this place a zero if it would let me!
This is like the 3rd time the food came out inedible.And no matter what subway I go into the employees always complain and talk about quitting, you have to wonder if it's the franchise and not the employees when it's so many stores.This one was extra bad
