Starbucks - Feedback

What Brianna Rhodes doesn't like about Starbucks:
It?s very irritating how they have a sign that says call ahead and order an app you can skip the line and order ahead. I?ve done this twice. Ordered ahead and paid instead of walking it out or telling me I won?t actually skip the line I have to wait in line wrapped around the building when my drink is already ready. I 'm giving 4 stars because the ladies always try to make things right when my order is made incorrectly. Out of 5 times I had my order right once. I get the same thing every time. Caramel brulee frappuccino with no candy and add a little caramel syrup. I 'm still going to come there because the service/attitudes are good.
