My partner and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. I was initially worried because I was not informed about a special Valentine's Day menu when I made the reservation, even though I had called ahead and spoken to someone who never mentioned it. What Anonym dislikes about Socu:
Food was good but the service was extremely poor and the server needs to be retrained. Attempted to order appetizers and was told they didnât have any spring rolls. Of course I see spring rolls being brought to tables around us at the end of our meal. Entrees came out with no sides and we were told that it was a system issue and they would be up shortly. My partner and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. I was initially worried because I was not informed about a special Valentine's Day menu when I made the reservation, even though I had called ahead and spoken to someone who never mentioned it. Luckily, we were happy to see that the regular menu was still available and the food was fantastic. We don't live in Alabama, but we will definitely return to dine here the next time we are in town.
Outstanding serve and great staff! Food was over the moon amazing!!!
The food at this restaurant was fantastic, but we ended up waiting for over 90 minutes to receive our order.
I waited for hours at the restaurant and still did not receive my food.

Why not wait and bring all together. Also pointed out that we only had one roll of silver ware. I was asked is plastic cutlery okay because they would have to walk downstairs and roll some for me. I really couldnât even believe I was even asked that. Server didnât ask if we wanted drinks besides the water that was poured after we were sat. Extremely poor service thatâs costing your business money.
