Smoothie King - Mobile

Was there last night and this morning great smoothie and customer service

I’m giving them a one because it’s the lowest I can go. The service was very terrible. The young team leader Lashonda had a very bad attitude because they were out more than one item and even after placing my order and sitting another 10 min they came back and stated they were out of the items they even suggested to me. I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. Team leaders or whomever in charge should be fully trained to be prepared for any situation. I also was told I couldn’t receive a refund I can get the fruit they had or come back tom. Not to mention they took the receipt where I paid for item back and didn’t return it after I asked for a managers name definitely won’t return. And I was in the line waiting for over 30 mins with 2 cars ahead of me

Slowest smoothie king EVER. If u are in a rush do NOT go here. I literally waited 32 minutes (literally for a smoothie)….which idk why since smoothies king ONLY SELLS SMOOTHIES

I had a very pleasant experience with the employees and they were very helpful. I love this location Smoothie King.

First time at this location. Didn't have any blueberries and my online pick up was 9:32 am. I was 2 min early and didn't get my smoothie till 9:38. My smoothie was good either. I'll give em 1 more try. That's it.
