**Dining Experience at a Charming Restaurant**
Nestled in a historic setting, this restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience characterized by a friendly atmosphere and outstanding service. Guests rave about the diverse menu, particularly the Southern breakfast, shrimp and grits, and stuffed French toast, which features delightful fillings like apple pie. While the coffee and festive drinks, such as the Gingerbread Latte, garner praise, some found certain dishes, like the Bloody Mary, a bit too spicy. This restaurant is absolutely amazing. Our server, Hannah B, was both friendly and attentive, though a little shy, which made her all the more endearing. The food was exceptional; I typically don't enjoy biscuits, but I found myself finishing the entire thing! The shrimp and grits, avocado toast, and bacon bloody Mary were all incredibly delicious.
My fiancé and I visited this restaurant on our way back to Augusta, GA, and we had a fantastic experience. We ordered the stuffed French toast, which featured apple pie as the filling of the day. We also got scrambled eggs on the side— I chose bacon, while my fiancé went for sausage. We couldn't resist trying the French toast bites, and they were absolutely delicious!
We were initially uncertain about trying this restaurant due to a previous disappointing experience at the Nashville location. However, our visit this time was a complete turnaround! A huge thank you to the staff; they really went above and beyond! The food was exceptional. Our server recommended the coffee Nola, and after tasting it, I immediately ordered another with a touch of simple syrup—it was perfect! We appreciate your help in making our family trip so enjoyable.

The food was amazing! Can't wait to go try everything else on the menu our favorite from today was the grilled fish St. Peter on top of fried grits and the shrimp boogaloo was a close 2nd with the fried green tomatoes
Food was awesome and waitress, Sabrina, was wonderful !! Best service and food we have had in quite some time from any restaurant let alone a new place !! Can’t wait to come back.

This place is all-around amazing. Server, Hannah B, was friendly and attentive, if a bit tongue-tied. Goofy in a great way. The food was absolutely spectacular. I do not generally care for biscuits, but I ate the entire thing. Shrimp and grits, avocado toast, and a bacon **** mary.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Wait can be really long, join the virtual que online if available. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits, and the chicken and French toast bites.
A friend and I decided to try brunch here today. It wasn't her first visit but it was for me. I joined the waitlist through Yelp, and thank goodness I did! It was an estimated 45 1 hour, and it took every bit of the 1 hour wait before we were seated. We each ordered the holiday Gingerbread Latte drink hers iced and not boozy, mine hot and boozy. I chose rum as the liquor of choice, and when I tell you it was deliciously strong, I am not fibbing! She ordered the Biscuits Gravy for her meal, and I ordered the Migas (no cilantro! with shrimp added. I also got some breakfast potatoes on the side. The entree was wonderful, and while the potatoes had good flavor, they were a little soggy for my taste. I expected them to be a little crispy, and they weren't. Our server was wonderful! She was personable, attentive and courteous. I'm looking forward to coming back soon!
That was amazing! We had a challenging night, but this restaurant truly made our day better. The staff was friendly and in good spirits. The food was so delicious that I completely forgot to take any photos! Our server, Meredith, shared that she loves working here, which is a great indicator of a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend the Southern breakfast—it was incredible. They also provide gluten-free bread, which is a nice touch! The coffee was brewed to perfection too.
This was the perfect spot. Everything tasted amazing and the staff was friendly and tentative. We got the eggs Bennies (peace maker choose 2) with crawfish and their special fall braised beef. I was extremely full after the apple beignets but had to finish them as it was so mouthwatering. Would recommend and eat daily if I lived closer
