I would give Poke Luau five stars if I could. They serve delicious food made with high-quality ingredients. As a vegan, you have the option to customize certain items, but I typically stick to the vegetable bowl, which is fantastic. I used to visit this place almost weekly when I lived in Mobile (and it's also from Whole Foods!).

Brown Sushi Rice, Cauliflower Rice, Spring Mix, and a variety of toppings make for a delicious and nutritious meal at this restaurant. The Weiße Sushi-Rice-Toppings include Lemongrass Tofu, Avocado, Pineapple Salsa, Bell Pepper, Onion, Kale, Sauteed Mushrooms, Chickpeas, Kimchi, Seaweed Salad, Cucumber, Kiwi, Shredded Carrots, Edamame, Mango, Lettuce, Sweet Pickled Cucumbers, and Purple Cabbage. Each bite is filled with flavor and freshness, making it a must-try for sushi lovers.
