Pei Wei Asian Express - Mobile

This is a great spot for Asian food while shopping at Bel Air Mall. The staff is quick and efficient in serving up delicious meals. I really enjoy their Bourbon chicken, Mongolian steak, fried rice, lo mein, and egg rolls. The portions are generous and the food is tasty.

My own order was wrong too. They tried to tell me it was a new recipe, but that wasn’t the case. When I complained, I was offered a drink, but the owner became furious and threw it away after I had a few sips, claiming it was watered down. He was so angry that he actually tossed all of my uneaten food back into the bowl, even after I had taken a few bites. It all happened so quickly, and he yelled at me that I should have asked for a sample because it's expensive. I understand that, but if my order had been correct—like it used to be when I dined here—then we wouldn’t have had this issue. Overall, it was a terrible experience with an untrained staff. The manager gets angry when his employees over-portion or make mistakes, which seems to happen frequently. Consider going to another restaurant instead.

I ordered through DoorDash and got the three-entree meal, but only received two entrees. One of the servings was so small that it felt more like a one-entree meal. The cream cheese rangoon and egg roll were the worst I've ever had. Overall, the entire meal was a disappointment.

I love the Bourbon, Mongolian, and Kung Pao chicken. And the new strawberry lemonade is the bomb! Service has never been bad for me but they can improve on the portion sizes.

If zero was an option that is what this owner would get. Disgusting, rude attitude, poor customer service!! I was in line for 20mins, I placed an order the Cashier went to the back and came back to tell me the order will be ready in 15mins After sittingand waiting 10mins The owner came out and said he changed his mind and will not be cooking anymore of what I ordered. When Istarted explaining I had already been waiting he started raising his voice asking do I want something else ! Never going back!
