I really need for this place to remodel the inside and out. The potential is there for them to be much better. It's was dark and some of the booths are damaged, tables wobbly. The parking lot is a disaster and the outside eating area is non-existent. I alson noticed the the potion sizes have gotten smaller as well, but the prizes have gone up. The food is still good and the owner is always nice and friendly. The one... View all feedback.
What Rose White doesn't like about Margaritas Méxican:
The place was so dirty on the outside that we didn't even bother going in. The building looked like it was abandoned and but there was an OPEN sign. Absolutely not View all feedback.
I love Mexican food!!! Esp the chicken , rice ,pico de gallio , and cheese sauce.Add a good margarita and it’s a deal!!!Howeverrrrr this is really the last restaurant that I haven’t been to before. I viewed the ratings and they are decent so why wasn’t the food good??Well the good things are it’s a spacious restaurant which is good! And they have live musics which I never got to see I guess it wasn’t time yet.Anyways today Tuesday …. Taco Tuesday at that) it was only 1 waiter. I waited a good 10 mins before I ordered what I thought was a pina colda and cheese dip.No alcohol in the margarita and the dip was the most watered down I’ve EVER had. That’s the honest truth. I tried to roll with it but I just couldn’t. I told the waiter which looked at me crazy.?I asked for some fresher dip which she never brought back. Ok . My drink like I said it was plain. My chicken n rice meal just wasn’t good. It was hot n fresh but nooooo it wasn’t even in a decent range as others I’ve tasted. I had higher hopes for this establishment . Maybe I just came on the wrong day but I sure did want a good meal with live music.
Amazing place! Been going here for years and they nev r disappoint!

Ordered a Chili Rellenos. Instead I got two tiny pieces of bell peppers thrown on top of ground beef and cheese. New to town and was delighted to find a Mexican restaurant that served this dish. When I called to ask about my dish as it is OBVIOUSLY NOT chili rellenos the person I spoke with was super rude and insisted that this was the way Mexican restaurants here in Mobile made chili rellenos and I wouldn’t find any better. Can someone tell me if this looks like chili rellenos to you or like two small pieces of green bell pepper thrown on a sad bed of meat and cheese? He had the nerve to say his mom was Mexican and he was from Cali…I find that hard to believe. Will definitely try a different restaurant in the future. Even if I have to drive to Florida since he says everyone in Mobile makes them this way. Smh very disappointed. At least give me the entire cheap bell pepper. OMG. Oh my goodness! I had to edit this because after tasting the meat and cheese slapped on the side of my plate like I asked for that…it taste like the childhood taste of hamburger helper!! Ugh. Ridiculous!
Always love their taco salads. Always great and fresh. Easy to go for lunches.
