Marco's Pizza - Mobile

A couple of weeks ago, we placed an online delivery order, and the employee called us from her personal phone to ask if we were tipping since we hadn’t included it with our online order. Little did she know, we had planned to tip in cash, and it would have been a generous 40% due to the rain. However, the fact that this 'tip enforcer' called me to ask about a tip was quite outrageous. The restaurant was only 2 miles away, so I sent my husband to pick up our order instead, saving our money. We will not be supporting that establishment again. It's crucial for businesses to be careful about the type of employees they hire, as they can truly harm the reputation of the business!

My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. The staff were rude and rushed me through my order. After I tipped them $5, I noticed they had taken a slice out of my pizza, which is completely unacceptable. I believe the cashier should be held accountable for this behavior.

I've ordered from them before and they've always been excellent. However, I'm not sure what went wrong this time, as my last two orders didn't meet the usual standard. The toppings were unevenly distributed, with a large pile in one section and barely any in others. Additionally, the pizza wasn't cut properly, resulting in very uneven slices. This is also the second time they failed to include the dipping sauce I ordered.

We were staying at the Hampton Hotel done the road. Ordered Pizza and chicken bites. The order arrived with NO plates napkins or any parmasean or peppers. The pizza was good but don't waste your money on the chicken...no flavor and dry..want chickenhead to Bojangles

Ordered a pizza at 9pm. At 10pm it said it was delivered but I had no pizza. Called the store they said he must?ve delivered it to wrong house. They said they would make it again for us and get it right to us. That was at 10. At 10:45 I called the storeasking for update because I still had no pizza. Lady said she just sent the driver out with our order and we live less than 5mins from the restaurant. It?s 11:09 now and I still have no pizza. Called the store again and she said he had to take otherorders first but he should be here soon. 2 hours for a pizza is insane. She said she threw in extra breadsticks but it?s stillannoying. Want to ask for a refund but don?t want to be a ?karen?. But I tipped 20% and paid almost 30$ for one pizza and anorder of breadsticks. Never ordering from them again. It?s 11:12 now and I still have no pizza. Absolutely insane.
