I ordered a pizza for the delivery. I ordered sausages with jalapeños. I ordered by the app and asked for contactless delivery. I have a warning that my pizza was delivered, but it wasn't. the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house. I ordered two pizzas for delivery, but it took 1.5 to 2 hours for them to arrive. After 2 hours, I called the restaurant and they couldn't find my order. They asked me to wait 15 more minutes, but if no one showed up, they wouldn't refund me. This is unacceptable, so I will be ordering my pizza from somewhere else in the future. Now I have to wait for a refund, making this whole experience very disappointing.
I used to like going to Marco's, but this location in Mobile is probably the worst. The young employees working there are rude and disrespectful. They are slow and don't work efficiently. This reflects poorly on the company.
I ordered delivery and paid with my card. Just 1 minute before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, the guy called and said they couldn't make the pizza because they were out of cheese and large toppings. He said he would put my name down for the manager to refund. I waited over an hour for that response. Marcos was awful. I suggest going somewhere else.
Saturday, 3/26/22 Dawes location. Typically get take out here once a week. We called in an order for pickup. Upon arriving 20 mins later, we were told at the pickup window that the order was in the oven and it would be another 7 minutes .. busy evening. No problem, pulled around front, parked, and waited about 10 minutes before walking in. After waiting inside another 25 minutes, and asking a couple more times, we were finally told that they hadn't even started on our order yet and didn't know when they would get to it. Got our refund and left. Usually great service and great food but the crew working this particular day couldn't have cared less. If they would have just been honest upfront about how busy they were, no big deal. But flat out lying to customers and acting aggravated when questioned is not acceptable. Several people inside were all experiencing the same issue. Last time we'll go to this location. Hopefully it doesn't get this way at other locations, still love the food!
Food was great and fresh, props to the pizza makers, butttttt the front staff or window workers literally lack any customer service skills. I get tired of the poor attitudes and attention to details when it comes to something as simple as asking for my sauces..I'm not gonna go into details but what do you expect when you hire children.
