While some customers have had positive experiences with delicious food and quick service, others report repeated incorrect orders and unsatisfactory responses from management. The restaurant's location is another concern, with individuals loitering outside, pressuring diners for money. Despite these drawbacks, there are highlights of attentive service, especially when accommodating larger vehicles. Overall, while the food can be tasty and the staff sometimes exceptional, hygiene and customer experience issues leave much to be desired. Proceed with caution.

Eating was always fresh, hot and tasty. I ate three times the week of 15th august 2022. I had breakfast and lunch. I had the jury duty Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. the management, the cashiers and chefs were amazing. they have a fabulous, caring crew and I appreciate everything they have done for me. I couldn't find all my actions, but I just know I appreciate each one of them. Thank you. connie
As always, Hardee's food is definitely delicious and hot and fresh.
The food is good and the service is good but having to sit there waiting on the food while people harasses and attempt to intimidate you into giving them money or food outside the front door of the store make is a very undesirable restaurant.
I had lunch at this restaurant today and the food was fantastic! It looked amazing and the customer service was top-notch. A big thank you to the staff for their great service today. You all were awesome!
We came in a big truck that could not fit into the drive thru. the inner was closed, but the manager took our command at the door and brought our food to us. beyond helpful and very appreciated! and eating was great.
