Church's Chicken - Mobile

All I wanted was a side of Mac and Chesse, which they did not have again. It's terrible enough that the drive thru is the only source of service here......But now I'm stuck in this drive thru line....without my Mac CHEESE. #secondtimethishappened

First all, the receipt does not have the store number printed on it. Secondly, when I pulled up the the window I ask the cashier who was super nice if the chicken was old which that's what I have been getting lately. He said no. I get back to work and guesswhat, the chicken was not freshly cooked today. Churches yall got to do better. 5017 Cottage Hill rd, mobile,AL 36609

I ordered the smokehouse chicken combo and when I got home, the okra was fresh and delicious. However, the smokehouse chicken was old, cold, and dry! The Coke I received must have been from a previous order, as it had no ice and was watered down by the time I got home. I tried to complete the survey but there was no restaurant number on it to get started! I don't care how long I have to wait; I expect all my food to be hot and fresh when I pay for it!

We spent a shocking 35 minutes in the drive-thru, even though the lobby was open. I saw four employees working inside. Despite the long wait, they still forgot one of the sides from our order, and we only ordered two combos! I will never come back. The only reason I’m giving it one star is that there’s no option for zero stars.
