The place... read more I was quite hesitant to visit this restaurant, but since my son wanted to celebrate his birthday here, I decided to give in—and I'm really glad I did. The place was beautiful and impeccably clean. I did feel a bit sad when I noticed that the animatronics were gone, but I understand that they were quite old and it was time for them to go. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the pizza was delicious!

I had t... read more This place is not where you need to go for a good service. I had to ask for a drink machine. they've been laying enough to keep 10 minutes and were out. I had to ask for a knife and a fork, and then it seemed like they didn't want to give it to me. all games for small children are gone and replaced by games for older children. this is not the place for 10 and below. have I mentioned that the animatronics are gone? I know there are problems here as everywhere, but the crew here tried to do as little as possible to make this a great experience. Chuck turned around to squeeze maximum dollar for minimal input. I hate to disappoint my grandson, but we won't be back.

I had to ask for ice to be added to the drink machine, but they only put in enough to last about 10 minutes before it ran out again. I also had to request a knife and fork, and it seemed like they were reluctant to provide them. Most of the games for younger kids have been removed and replaced with ones for older children, so this isn’t a great place for kids 10 and under. On top of that, the animatronics are gone. While staffing issues are common everywhere, the staff here seemed to be doing the bare minimum, making it hard to enjoy the visit. Chuck E. Cheese’s feels like it’s focused more on squeezing out maximum profit with minimal effort. I hate to let my grandkids down, but we won’t be returning.

The place was very clean and well-maintained. I was a bit disappointed to find out the animatronics were gone, but they were quite outdated, so it made sense to retire them. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the pizza was delicious!
