Despite having to traverse dirt and sand, and navigate a closed bridge to reach Flutschaden, I am grateful that I made the effort to visit! The food at this restaurant is outstanding, with intriguing and complex flavors that are all plant-based. It was a real treat to dine here. I tried the brunchito and could taste hints of coconut milk and spices in the sauce, savoring every bite. I have updated my previous rating after this wonderful dining experience on September 25, 2022.
This is 100% plant-based restaurant. beautiful people and sitting area. the pancakes that I had for brunch were divine! the edible was as good as I ordered to go a second. it was a little hard to find and has a small parking space. but it was worth it. if they were open today, I would go back to lunch.
Went there during our stay in Moab. Food was very tasty. We reached when they were just opening but took a bit long to prepare the food.
Some of the best vegan restaurant food I've had and such a cool vibe. It's a food truck so seating is outside but they have a fire and heaters. They went out and picked chard from their garden for our food! So cool! A must visit if you're in Moab.
Nestled away from the hustle of Moab's Main Street, this 100% plant-based restaurant offers a refreshing and relaxed atmosphere. With a unique pay-what-you-can model, patrons can enjoy organic, fresh dishes crafted by rotating guest chefs. While the menu features intriguing items like beet-based "burgers" and chickpea omelets, experiences with the food can vary. Many diners rave about favorites like the divine pancakes and hearty chili, while others felt some dishes lacked flavor. The inviting outdoor space is family- and pet-friendly, making it a charming stop for anyone seeking a laid-back vegan dining experience.

My husband and I went on a hike all day and then ate at this restaurant. The grilled cheese was delicious and the tomato soup was amazing! Both the khichdi and baja bowl had a lot of flavor to them but were also great. The chocolate rose and raspberry cake were fantastic! It's a lovely and cozy place to eat, with nice music and fresh air. The owners were delightful. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in the area. Just keep in mind that the menu changes frequently.
The food was pretty good. However, the menu is very small. I ordered the chickpea sandwich and the strawberry smoothie.
Despite having to navigate through dirt, sand, and a closed bridge due to flood damage, I am happy that I pushed through to reach this restaurant! The food here is outstanding with unique and complex plant-based flavors. It was truly a delightful experience. I tried the brunchito and could taste hints of coconut milk and spices in the sauce, which made every bite enjoyable. This review has been updated as of September 25, 2022.
Avoid the nachos at all costs. They are very expensive for their quality and they did not taste good.
