Horsethief Coffee - Moab

I stayed at the Moab Spring Resort this week and enjoyed having matcha each morning. The first two cups and the service were fantastic, which drew me back for more. However, on my last morning, the matcha was weak and the service was quite rude. The flavor was hardly noticeable compared to the previous days. The barista rolled her eyes at me and had an unpleasant attitude, which was really disappointing and unprofessional. It was surprising, given how great the service had been before.

The service was quick, friendly, and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple of gluten-free and dairy-free cookie options available. For all you early risers, this was the only place open at 6 AM. Plus, there was an adorable kitty around!

This café was absolutely charming, and we adored their cat, Wizard! The coffee was excellent, and the barista was very welcoming. My only complaint is that their hours are quite limited, just from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, so be sure to arrive early, or you might miss out!

Loved this place! Excellent coffee and service. Opens earlier than most coffee shops. This worked great for our schedule while staying in Moab.

Went 2 mornings in a row when we were desperately in need of coffee. The barista was so friendly and the atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful. Also very yummy cappuccinos ?
