Fiesta Mexicana - Moab

The salsa here was GOOD. A little bit spicy and tasted freshly made. The margarita was large and strong, but I really liked it! The service was great as well, everyone was very kind and attentive.

This is a lovely restaurant with outstanding service. The salsa that comes with the chips is spicier and more delicious than what you would typically find at other places.

The food is amazing. The salsa was hot and full of flavor. The cheese and onion enchiladas were excellent. Really liked the coleslaw. The fajitas were very good and hot. I subbed a salad for the rice and beans. It is an upcharge of $2 and very disappointed in the size. Especially since I am sure the Lettuce was cheaper than the rice and beans. I asked for cheese instead of guacamole and was charged $2. Again, I'm a little surprised. But the food is good. Service was ok.Parking: Big parking lot

Everything was delicious. Service was great, and there were authentic Mexican vibes. Gave it a 4 star, though, for 2 reasons: 1. My kids are picky and only wanted 2 tamales each (total of 4), so I asked to order them a la carte (there was no a la carte section on the menu)... tell me why each tamale was $6.. I pretty much paid for the combo plates. 2. Then, for a party of 4, they automatically added an 18% gratuity. That's just ridiculous to me, then brought the receipt with an option to add an additional tip.. ?. I would have tipped anyway, just hate those automatic gratuities, because that's the service they offer... Food at a restaurant. That's literally their job and what people go there for, and they are just gonna add 18% extra for 4 people...smh.Otherwise, good food. My Margaritas was amazing! The meal was great, with generous portions, and the margarita was tasty and sizable.
