Steers - Mmabatho
Steers
Description
Steers Mega City in Mmabatho serves juicy, reliably tasty burgers and hearty sharing meals in a lively, friendly atmosphere. Prices are affordable (mostly R50–R100) with dine-in, takeaway and delivery options; staff like cashier Siphokazi receive praise. Service is inconsistent: some guests enjoy quick, excellent service while others report poor people skills, missing toppings, small portions and a chaotic pickup system that doesn’t announce or display order numbers, occasionally leaving food cold. Great for casual lunches and burger lovers, but expect variable service.

--- **Takeaway Meal Type:** Lunch **Price per Person:** R 50–100 **Service Rating:** 1/5 I recently ordered a takeaway lunch from this restaurant, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing. The price was reasonable, falling between R 50 and R 100 per person, but unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations at all. It left much to be desired. Overall, I can't say that I would recommend this place based on my experience. --- Let me know if you need any adjustments!

"The service here is excellent, and the food is served quickly. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around R 50–100. I would rate the food a solid 5 and the service also a 5."

Today I went to Steers Mega City at Mmabatho and I was disappointed. Most of the Steers across the country when you have paid for you food they will call out your order number when your order is ready but when it comes to Steers at Mega City, they don’t and you have to queue again to get to the order/pick up station to check if your food is ready which it shouldn’t be like that because some people waited and when they were told by other patrons that they won’t call your order number, you have to go to them and check if your food is ready. There was a gentleman who went there and found out that his food was long ready and cold, which I experienced the same thing as the gentleman. Can the staff be trained to call out the order numbers or have the orders shown on one of their tv screens so that we can know when our orders/food are ready.
