An absolutely splendid steak with black truffle sauce, and everything was underlined by a very pleasant and professional service, which was happy to recommend and help with the selection of wine. A great modern restaurant hidden behind the exit from the D10 highway to the airport in Mladá Boleslav. The food menu is more focused on the Mediterranean, but the menu also includes dishes from Czech cuisine and a seasonal offer. I want to highlight the chef 's cooking skills, because in addition to the wonderful culinary experience, you can also enjoy the food visually on the plate. Everything was prepared from fresh ingredients and you can watch the preparation of dishes in the kitchen directly from the restaurant. There is also a selection of quality wines, including bottled and other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and excellent coffee. I recommend having something sweet with your coffee for example a delicious praline (there are several types to choose from). The restaurant staff was very pleasant and willing to advise on choosing from the menu. The prices here are reasonable for the quality and service. Very good opportunity to stay, the rooms are clean and spacious. breakfast on the room already prepared in a refrigerator is ok for me. the coffee machine does not work properly, not so bad anyway. Unfortunately, the recipe is not at eu level, no English speaking staff during the review, but stay very hard for it again! I always wait for the bill!
