Beautiful hotel! fantastic and friendly staff. the island is a very sweet and professional walker. also the girls working in the reception are very kind and helpful. the kitchen is of excellent quality and is all fresh and very good. all the staff very kind and helpful only that you have to improve a bit is the girl giuli working in the spa. he asks for more kindness on his part, but we are convinced that he will succeed. However there are very piacute rooms because they are very spacious and clean. we will gladly return

We went to spa and we really recommend the massages, they are amazing. at the end we also had fruit and fresh orange juice!

I stayed for 4 nights it was amazing the size of the room are very good and the staff were amazing and friendly and they will help you with everything you needAlso there are a very nice spa and inside pool. The location of the hotel is on the edge of Tirana but if you want to go to the middle of the city it will be from 10-15 min by car.The restaurant of the hotel have very good delicious food.I recommend if you want to visit Tirana to stay in this hotel.

The reservation I made was for the suite, while the staff due to irresponsibility reserved standard room and the only answer they gave after we got there was we don 't have anything to do now, either the standard or nothing because the suites are booked . The room did not include all the facilities that were written on the reservation page and also the staff was not so hospitable. Never go there again
