best hotel ever, I was many countries, but this hotel is generally excellent also for price, staff are great, breakfast is very tasty and several times, waiter very respectful View all feedback.

What K A dislikes about Privilege:
the reservation I made was for the suite, while the staff due to irresponsibility reserved standard room and the only answer they gave after we got there was we don 't have anything to do now, either the standard or nothing because the suites are booked . The room did not include all the facilities that were written on the reservation page and also the staff was not so hospitable. Never go there again View all feedback.

This hotel is simply fantastic! The staff is the top!! the boy at the bar counter (gleni) served us all evening in a very professional and super friendly way. Also the extremely kind and helpful manager! I recommend everyone to book at this hotel, there are all the amenities

Very helpful and friendly staff, starting from the check in till to spa. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Very pleased with our stay.
