Walser Stuba - Mittelberg

We were a group with pre-booked food. All is fine and local, but not very fascinating. The location, though, is great, almost like local museum. I would go there just for that part.

A charming restaurant authentically decorated in Alpine lodging style. We visited this restaurant because of chef Riezler's reputation as one of the top chefs in the Alps and found the food exceptional. Chef Riezler selects locally sourced foods and creates interesting and delicious creations.

I am no fan of this restaurant. The staffs arrogant and the food is nothing special. I guess they make a great show about the place, but i don't see what it is about...
