Placing an order was simple, and the food was prepared and delivered quickly right to my hands.

I ordered a pizza and a soda, but my order never arrived due to a mix-up with my phone number. While my email was correct, I called the restaurant and was told that the issue would be fixed. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called back and was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered to remake my order and have it redelivered. About 10 minutes after that, they called back asking if I could come pick it up, but I informed them that I couldn’t. Eventually, the order was delivered 30 to 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, and the 2-liter soda I paid for was missing. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would like a refund. Waiting three hours for a pizza is unacceptable.

They only put sauce on half my chicken wings and they were extremely dry.
