I ordered a #3 from the menu w... read more My wife and I decided to grab a bite at this restaurant over the weekend, but our quick meal turned out to be anything but quick. I ordered a #3 from the menu without any modifications, but it took more than 30 minutes for my meal to arrive. After waiting for 20 minutes, I started to lose my patience and expressed my frustration. However, the manager remained friendly and composed throughout the situation. Reflecting on my behavior, I felt guilty and realized the challenges faced by the fast food industry in getting employees back to work. I have deep sympathy for all the staff working behind the counter that day, who were doing their best under difficult circumstances.

I... read more We came in at 8 pm and ordered. We sat at the one table that was clean. When get got our food after 15 minutes, it wasn’t correct and we were missing things. I ordered a power bowl with no tomatoes and extra lettuce but they did neither of those thing. The rice was still hard and was super liquidy. Was told it wasn’t cooking correctly tonight. They were happy to make me a new one but just frustrating when there was only a couple others people there.

They can take orders relatively quickly, buy making food.... not fast. 25 minute wait.. 5 people working. Not even that busy.
