After my sandwiches were done, they walked past me and placed my sandwiches out on an open rack by the entrance for 'online ordering. ' I personally don 't feel comfortable knowing my foods out on an open rack that any random person can sift thru, ESPECIALLY in the era of COVID. I

Arrived shortly before and got a notification that our order was ready and would be out shortly. 20 minutes later we found out they... read more Ordered for pickup at 6:30. Arrived shortly before and got a notification that our order was ready and would be out shortly. 20 minutes later we found out they hadn’t even started the order yet. Extremely frustrating to be told our order is ready, then we find out it wasn’t even started. I enjoy Subway, but I will not recommend this Subway anytime soon.
