It took them over an hour to deliver pizza. They are only 1/2 mile from hotel. When I called to find out what happened to my order they just said it left store 40 min ago and it's out of their hands. Don't order from them unless you don't mind cold pizza 2 hours later.Update. Pizza never did arrive. Called pizza Hut and talked to manager, she was very apologetic .and personally made me a pizza herself plus through in a brownie.had to pick it up myself and pay full price.
Where else can you treat an entire family of six, making sure everyone leaves satisfied, for under $40? It’s a win!
I have too much to say about the service from this shop. I would never recommend even Pizza Hut lovers to order from here. Never again!
The food was outstanding, and the service was quick. My only recommendation would be to think about reopening the dining room, as many other restaurants have already made that move. It would be great if you did the same.
I would like to express my gratitude to the manager who helped me resolve an issue with my order. I mistakenly placed my order for Sioux Falls instead of Mitchell, but she quickly fixed my error and handled the situation seamlessly. On top of that, the pizza was absolutely delicious!
