This is without a doubt the best drive-up service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. We drove up, put the number in the app, and the waited. The very nice lady was there literally 1 minute later. It was so fast, and the food was hot and they got the order 100% right, even the customized burger I got for a picky eater kid. I am so impressed with their service. More than half of the times when I go to this restaurant, they mess up my order. I expect to receive my order correctly since I am paying for it.
I meet my ex at this McDonald's every month (this is her choice for a meeting place) to pick up my son. In 9 years they have yet to get an order...
This restaurant has the worst service we have ever experienced. The person taking our order was completely incompetent and couldn't get anything right. We think this place would be better off as a parking lot.
I'm either going off McDonald's or because I visit so infrequently, just set my expectations too high. The woman behind the counter just looked confused when I told her they were out of ketchup. 5m later they were still out and when I asked if she had any packets, she looked at me like I was pillaging her family. The burger was made with the kind of love you show a dog gnawing your leg off. Very disappointing.
