Restaurant was very dated and tables were dirty and there was only two other people there. So being busy wasn't an excuse for the poor cleaning habits demonstrated. Food was predictable. Seems like this chain has been declining for a while now! Still, the french fries are the best still! By far! View all feedback.

My advice is to check your order before leaving the drive-thru, or else be prepared to decide whether to wait in line again or knock on the door to get someone's attention. It can feel embarrassing to do that, but the food is good.
Chicken was over cooked burger was sloppy and falling off the one side. No real reason for that not when your the only costumer. But hey it's just what happens. Don't expect much but two meals costing 26 dollars its totally not worth it, go sit down and eat a nice meal where they care about the food and you.
They screw up our order 3/4 times how hard is it to leave off mayo and onions. The impossible whopper is the only vegan friendly item on the menu and they refuse to serve it during breakfast. They always give us a hassle using coupons or deals trying to substitute with an impossible whopper even though it's the only option I can have. And it's not listed as an exclusion on the coupons. There needs to be some training done this is just ridiculous.

We arrived at BK at 10:05 this evening and found that they were closed. However, instead of turning us away, they kindly prepared our order of 14 chicken sandwiches, 16 cheeseburgers, 6 large fries, and 3 cokes for my hungry family visiting tonight. I want to extend a huge thank you to Kevin and Christian for handling everything on their own; I truly appreciate it more than they realize.
