The fries were crispy but not hard so I knew they were fresh. Can't wait to have another.

I waited 30 minutes for a to-go order, and when I finally received it, the food was wrong and messy. When I requested Arby's Sauce, I was given just one packet... read more I waited 30 minutes for a to-go order, and when I finally received it, the food was wrong and messy. When I requested Arby's Sauce, I was given just one packet for four meals! I had to ask again for a few more since it was for four people, and they only offered me one additional packet. I decided to give up at that point.
