Plus the bacon was not cooked well enough so it was not crispy. The sandwich bun was also hard and stale. Hope this was only a one time issue or I'm going to find a different BBQ place!

The real issue was two of the three meat combo we received was mostly all fat. The brisket had some meat but mostly fat and the pulled pork was good char and all fat. The rating is based solely on the food.

All aspects of my ordered were outstanding. The meats were both extremely tender and had excellent smoked flavor. The sides were very good, but the brisket chili unique and delicious, there were large chucks of brisket in nearly every bite of the chili.
