What Cecelia J doesn't like about Cafe Korea:
The last time we were able to eat here, the staff was all screaming at each other. They had to be alerted by customers already seated that new customers had entered and were waiting to be seated. Tonight we went in 45 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve us. The man that runs the place said it was too late to get food. Food is amazing! Unfortunately, they took away the hot and spicy squid. But everything they do offer is perfection and delicious. Service sucks. Like, really bad. They are not rude, it is more like service is non-existent or next to non-existent. Fortunately, the to-go containers, beverage dispensers, etc are all accessible to patrons. (I do not believe this is intentional. But, it works. Sometimes, when you help yourself, the employees will show up to intervene and complete the task. Go in … – show

Let me just say I went here 7yrs ago and was amazed. One of the only things I was looking forward to when my husband said he had orders to Leonard Wood. They did not disappoint. I got homemade kimchi from a coworker in DC who grew up in Korea, Cafe Korea Kimchi is just as good.
