Wok-A-Way - Mississauga

A late night craving for some classic Chinese food prompted a search that landed me on Wok-A-Way. Having never ordered from them, and with no tripadvisor reviews, I set my expectations low, but decided to give it a try. We ordered at 11pm on a Saturday and it arrived just before Midnight when they close. We ordered all the basics; Cantonese Chow Mein -- lacked a little flavour, but the veggies were crisp and fresh, the BBQ pork was nice and the chicken was tender. I'd ask for pan fried next time to get some crisp noodles. General Tso's -- came with Broccoli as well. had a small kick of heat, and decent flavour. I prefer mine with a bit more sauce, and my son enjoyed it. Tai Dop Voy - good flavour, crisp veggies including bok choy, baby corn, carrots, Broccoli, and more.. was my favourite dish. S&S chicken balls.. were a pleasant surprised. Batter was fresh, and light.... with a decent amount of chicken. Kids loved them. Honey Garlic Spareribs - meh, I'd skip them next time. Thin Sauce, and the meat wasn't overly tender.... All in all we were pleasantly surprised with the meal and would try them again.
