5 stars for the food. I prefer grilled burgers over flat-top burgers so these are perfect to me. Everything is cooked perfectly, and ingredients are fresh and hot. Service is kind and polite, although they could use at least one more person working tosupport their grill when it gets busier in the evening. These workers also need A/C! It's way too hot inside to have peopleworking in these conditions.

Really bland food for above average fast-food prices. If this was cheaper, maybe it would receive another star, but it's more expensive than typical burger places. It's strange though, because I could swear I've had Union Burger at Union station and itwas much better than this location. Do yourself a favour and try the Burger Factory that's very close by on Confederation!

This was a surprise for us. we enjoy our dining experience. the burgers is in a smaller size but for me it is perfect. price is good as well and $1 ice cream is a treat too..

Great burgers, cheap beer, very good poutine, plus eat-in or patio. Have gone back several times, & it's never failed to plse.

They have a wonderful selection of burgers, unique and tasty! I really like the coke machine they have (the one with about 50 kinds of pop/fruit drinks all in one). The only thing we didn't like was some of the staff are quite vocal when speaking among themselves - plus using colorful language loud enough for patrons to hear - not very professional. Other than that, a nice experience.
