The staff is excellent, so the food. Our server was Jack (I think if I remember the name correctly, he was an older guy) he was so nice, made our visit and our sons' birthday unforgettable. Very recommended. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Turtle Jack's Erin Mills:
Added a ? for hard times Pros: our server was excellent, or at least try the best in its capacity negative: It is world cup time, you can watch, but do not hear the game Friday lunch, extremely understated (which is not the fault of blessing). We tried to get half an hour of water, gave up. Try to pay the bill for half an hour. It was impossible to reach our server, ended walking in the bar to catch them before they disappeared again. They couldn't call the machine for long. Look at the Nachos pick. With over $30 post tax, you would expect something amazing on or gigantic. But it was a $9.99 record. That was a huge way. There was at most 1 ounce.
Went to dinner with the family .. all foods tasted good .. the waitress took care of us well and the children liked the Big Bang shrimp very .. and the hunters chicken was our favorite in the nets .. the basa fish taco was good, but it did not have the same stamp as the shrimps ..
Great food, service and drinks as always. Sephora was a really kind, friendly and outgoing server who helped us through the menu and she was great throughout the meal too. The food was fresh and full of flavour and our caesars were fantastic too. Good social distancing measures were in place and we were glad to find somewhere that was a bit quieter than the rest of the mall!
It was a great experience n Halloween was made special last night by the staff at Turtle Jacks. Cody is an asset and is a great server to have on the table. The food was delicious and my personal favourite was the Hunter?s Chicken. The owner Sumanth himself was there to see that all the tables were being taken care of personally. Thanks to all of you. My family came hone very happy.
The food was delicious. We ordered Fried Calamari and Ribs with fries. Also tried kombucha for the first time, we loved it. Steph took care of our order and she made sure we get everything on time and she kept checking with us if we need anything. Thanks Steph!!
The service was top notch, the waitresses make sure you have all you need at every point in time, shout out to Emma for taking good care of us. It was nice sitting outside on the patio after such a long time of being locked down. The kids' menu and crayons kept the kids busy with colouring and other activities while we waited for our orders. The healthy snacks of carrots, cucumber and apple slices for the kids was also a great touch, along with the free drinks for the kids. The food was served on time, very well presented and definitely delicious. We had the half rack ribs with chicken wings with a side of fried calamari and fries. The kids enjoyed their pepperoni pizza and the mini burgers. I highly recommend you stop by
