Tomo Sushi - Mississauga

4.5/5 In the top 5 of Mississauga Sushi places. Renovated in the last couple years. Nice semi open concept feel. Menu is fairly diverse. Great appetizer selections from tempura options to skewers (yaki) and st least 5 6 soup options. Many rolls,sashimi options and dinner options (donburi, bento, teriyaki). My wonton soup, for example, was beautiful small bowl, but onlyhad 2 wonton. Came with a lot of fresh onions and mushrooms. Lobster PEI rolls were nice. The LA Kalbi (Beef Shortribappetizers) came on a bed of a sizing mixed vegetable hotplate. Getting again. In house service is excellent. Food isconsistently good. Prices are reasonable, not cheap. Quantities are nice. If you like quality sushi I recommend it. Dine in withfriends or family is recommended. Takeout is also popular. Enjoy

I ended in this restaurant as a last resource as the one I was planning to go had a long waiting time and they do not take reservations. My first impression was the cleanness of the place. Very clean. The food is presented in a very nice way, howeverit wasn't better than other sushi restaurants that I use to go. The price is high compared with others in the same category. Theservice was average trending to low. For me there is really no good reason to come back.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The quality of the food was top-notch, especially the rolls, which were made with perfectly cooked rice. The fish was fresh and delicious, and all of their sauces were great. I also enjoyed the warm, fresh edamame, which complemented the meal nicely. The rice in the rolls was wonderfully soft—unlike many sushi places that use cold rice, this was a delight to eat. Overall, this might be one of the best sushi experiences I've had in Toronto. The miso soup was just the right balance and not too salty, which I appreciated. The salad was a bit on the small side, but the vegetables were of high quality.

I absolutely loved my experience at Tomo Sushi. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even though they were quite busy; they consistently made the rounds to check on our table. The sushi was outstanding—very fresh with nice, thick cuts. Everything was well-prepared, including the hot dishes; the chicken udon had a delightful smoky flavor from the wok.

This is an outstanding sushi restaurant with a wide variety of delicious options. The signature rolls are incredible, and the sushi pizza appetizer is also very tasty. We always have a great experience here, and my kids loved it too, especially since it was their first visit. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick out the best sushi rolls.
