One group endured long waits and subpar food, while another found the staff to be friendly and the food decent. However, one customer fell ill after eating the food and was disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment from the hotel staff. Overall, the restaurant offered a variety of menu items with generous portions at reasonable prices, making it a suitable option for different occasions, from family dinners to romantic evenings. The ambiance was noted to be stylish and welcoming, despite some inconsistencies in service.
Later that morning, I started experiencing the same symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, chills, and fever. It is now 2:30 PM and I am still sick and lacking the energy to even go to the bathroom. Despite this, the hotel staff is pressuring me to pay for another night, threatening to send someone up to collect cash if I am unable to make it downstairs. I have until 3:30 PM to pack up and leave before they potentially involve security. Throughout all of this, the hotel staff has failed to acknowledge that the food from their restaurant made both of us sick. In response to the owner, my boyfriend had the Steak Sandwich with salad and I had the Turkey BLT Sandwich with fries, which were delivered to our room 202 around 6:30 PM. We were done eating by 7 PM, and it was charged to the room. I even left a $10 tip.
I became ill after eating the food. Make sure to choose your order carefully.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic, especially the Angus striploin steak with vegetables and oven-roasted herb potatoes. The specialty cocktails, particularly the 77 or 7 to 7, are also worth trying.
I enjoyed my dinner. Service was good but it was off at the same time. No greeting from the server and we also had to ask for napkins. Never got utensils. We were the only clients there. But the server was very friendly so I still enjoyed it.
I always love it here, Karen is the sweetest! Always come back and hope she’s working!
