Had a green tea drink over ice. Was refreshing. Very nice customer service and lot of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio area had umbrellas and flowers. View all feedback.
What billy kryba doesn't like about Starbucks:
The supervisor working there on May 16th at 10am doesn’t care about people genuinely. Defective cup spilled all inside of my brand new vehicle.. Hung up the phone on me during a complaint. Head office then proceeded to give me differing information than the supervisor that was actually helpful. Terrible supervisor that should be ashamed of themselves, pathetic excuse for a human being View all feedback.
This Starbucks location is superior to others in the area, but they were lacking in product availability.
My Mocha was not up-to the mark. Not sure but it felt like she expected tips and the coffee was awful. This tipping culture is unwarranted especially if its not serving restaurant.
Starbucks on Finch and Yonge does not fill the standards, the employees are rude and have no rapport with the customers. Google needs to add a zero star review some stores don’t make it to one star. I did not even feel like buying anything such was the disappointment.
Horrified and disgusted.Not only did they not give me my feta wrap that I paid for and instead just wrote a note on an empty paper but I was also shocked to see a fly in my drink. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch for delivery and was suprised and disgusted to see a dead fly sealed in the drink. There’s no way no one saw this because they made the drink then put the sticker on top which makes me believe they have no regards to sanitation as well as not caring about the health of their customers. I can not ever go back to this location or even another Starbucks because of this incident. Especially after covid you would think that Starbucks and their employees would take better precautions but I guess they don’t care at all.
