One of our favorite places to eat. We do not have Red Lobster franchises in BC, so look forward to trips outside the Province, where we have access to this restaurant. This specific restaurant was busy, but the service was prompt and efficient. A pleasant place to dine. Waitress (Amanda) left a nice note on our bill, wishing us a safe trip back to Vancouver from Toronto. Nice touch. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
A third world outhouse would be better. And if u tell the staff they don't care. It's under construction. Was there for my birthday food and server were good. But after meal had to go. Almost puked. Feces on toilet. Smelled. Gagged. Almost ran out without washing my hands. Ruined my experience there. Will never recommend this place. Staff were informed and showed no concern. And just whispered and giggled when I walk... View all feedback.
The service at this restaurant is excellent. Despite arriving during a busy period and being informed of a 20-minute wait, we were actually seated in just 10 minutes.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and attentive. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. However, the food was disappointing.
My two friends and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night. Surprisingly, it wasn't very crowded for a Friday, so we didn't have to wait long (reservations are not accepted).
We decided to go here for valentines day.We were seated at the back of the restaurant across the kitchen doors. As a Chef I was not impressed with all I seen that day.what a mistake for the waiter to sit us there....The starter was a salad, as the Swinging door open to the kitchen I took a glance and seen our salads being served from a box that was on the floor.... omg!!!I waited for the waiter to come with our salads and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came and apologized...REALLY!!!He offered to bring another salad with I declined.at this point I was upset at the fact that the manager had no Idea how to run a proper restaurant. We proceeded with dinner, as the vegetable I received green beans, they still had the stems on, They had not been cut off and we're cooked like wooden stick. I sat there and tried to cut them off myself.I again asked to speak to the manager, I explained about the green beans not having their stems removed. His answer didn't surprise me! He said that is the way they prepare them all the time. Unfortunately I wont be ever going there again , since they have no clue regarding health and safety and how to properly prepare food items.
