Pizza Pizza - Mississauga

Worst experience, will not recommend to anyone. Bought pepperoni stromboli. Dough inside the roll was not cooked at all. When we showed it to the cashier, she said that's how it's made. I think if you don't know how to make it, you should not advertise it.

We ordered two large walkin pizzas. Everything we asked for in the order was met. Including the fact that we asked for one of the pizzas to be light on sauce and lightly done. The pepperonis were nice and crispy while the dough was fluffy and soft and easy for the children to eat. Perfect. I can't complain about a great experience. I had six children and three adults with me. We were luckily able to sit down in the restaurant and serve all the children some great tasting pizza.I will definitely visit this location again.Kid-friendliness: If you order the crust lightly done and ask for light sauce, it's not as messy or tough for the children to devour. And for them it seems like there's more cheese...

Here in pizza pizza, for my constant love for pizza here.. came to this location for the first time.. pizza looks terrible and I must say You need to hire new people who understand what Customer Service means and who knows hpw to bake a pizza. This is for Raman who I had the Unpleasant experience of speaking with, no manners, no service, Extremely Rude. Girl you should not be in customer service job. Learn some good manners on how to deal with people. If owner needs to contact me, feel free to reach me , I would love to explain in better way. Also no oreganos, and look at the empty sides , no cheese no toppings , i eat at pizza pizza almost every week or even more sometimes. And Miss Raman, you don't need to bang stuff, if you are angry for some reason go home. Also being rude to her fellow employees i mean what do you even think yourself?? PATHETIC. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Having only one cook on a busy weekend night is absolutely unacceptable. Had to wait an hour for one pizza and an additional 15 minutes afterwards just to order some drinks. Food was okay but the wait times and understaffing is a major issue that needs to be handled.

Ordered online from the app and went there to pick it up after 20 mins, which their app suggests is 15-20 mins, but the order was not ready as i saw him make it in front of me and lying stating it will take 5 minutes and i had to wait another 20 minsThe order was only one pizza and a half a moon cheesy bread.I am very disappointed at this location.
