Mississauga Marketplace Fish And Chips

This newly opened restaurant exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend trying the fish and chips, which come with a choice of coleslaw or gravy and a soft drink. We couldn't resist getting another order of fries on our second visit, and when we tried the poutine, the staff member at the counter was incredibly helpful and suggested adding sweet acid to enhance the flavor - it was delicious! We will definitely be returning, although we regret not catching the name of the helpful staff member. The food was so good that we didn't even have a chance to take photos - all we can say is that our food containers were left empty!

I usually have a good experience eating at this restaurant, with the service being on point. However, today was different. I understand that Good Friday brings in a lot of customers and that the staff need to be sharp and organized. Unfortunately, I had to wait longer than necessary, and some customers who arrived after me were served before me. On top of that, my order was missing the tartar sauce that I had paid for. I left feeling a little disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The portion sizes were generous, and I tried both the haddock special and the halibut special, which were both delicious. I especially enjoyed the crispy texture of the batter. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
