This newly opened restaurant exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend trying the fish and chips, which come with a choice of coleslaw or gravy and a soft drink. I usually have a good experience eating at this restaurant, with the service being on point. However, today was different. I understand that Good Friday brings in a lot of customers and that the staff need to be sharp and organized. The service at this restaurant was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The portion sizes were generous, and I tried both the haddock special and the halibut special, which were both delicious. I especially enjoyed the crispy texture of the batter. I definitely plan on returning in the future.
I visited this restaurant for their fish and chips. While a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it. Everything was top-notch - one of the best I've had. The service was amazing and the portions were generous. The staff truly went above and beyond. Their homemade lemonade was also fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!
This restaurant serves the best fish and chips in the area. The food is always fresh and delicious. You can always find great deals on their menu. The location is clean, welcoming, and definitely worth a visit. I also really enjoy their poutine.
Tip: It 's located towards Swiss Chalet portion of this large plaza. Plaza is undergoing a facelift, so there aren 't any lit signs, but this unit is beside Bubble Republic. The restaurant itself is much larger than it appears from the outside!<br/ <br/ More like a 3.5* based on the Cod. I found the fish itself a bit tasteless, but the Haddock was better!<br/ <br/ Confession: Fish Chips is not something that I crave often, so after this experience, I 'll be good for another 2 3yrs or so.<br/ <br/ Prices $11 w/ chips, depending on fish) are quite decent for the portion size. Yummy. The fish and chips here were good. Halibut was crispy and light, have it fries and a drink. A good cheap and reasonable lunch.
