While the average food and service may not be surprising, some issues like drive-thru order accuracy, drive-thru speaker quality, parking accessibility, and kiosks lacking supplies have been reported. One customer even mentioned receiving a strange-tasting Coke. Despite these drawbacks, the COVID-19 drive-thru operation was efficient and the staff was friendly. A late-night visit after a party with friends resulted in a satisfying group order experience, highlighting the convenience of touchscreen ordering. This location's unique feature of having a patio adds to its appeal.

August 4th, 1:30 a.mpouring rain, waiting at the drive thru expecting to even hear a hello and couldn't even receive this.
4 stars mainly for the coffee! _Otherwise this is the standard fare McDonalds location located in the middle of Heartland.
Most customers in the morning were there spending time until the Costco store nearby opens. Busy spot especially after 9 am where most of the people working in the stores around there. Nothing special or surprises really, just an average McDonald.
Other franchise operators of McDonald’s should visit this location to see that the new self order stations can be installed without creating a huge, confusing traffic jam. In most locations you can’t figure out who is in line to order and who is waiting for their order to come up. This location did it right. No confusion, no crowding, no frustration.And the staff is better than average. They all seem to be hustling and helping each other. I order salt free fries, my way of getting hot fries but also I like about half the normal salt overload. As soon as I ordered them the young man who took my order went to the fryers to make sure I got some out of the next one to come up. In other locations I wait well past my turn as I watch batch after batch come from the fryer and have a ton of salt dumped on them before someone clues into my order.If anyone at McDonald’s bothers to read these they would do well to drop into this location for a look.
