However, others praise the delicious Asiago chicken bow tie pasta and fantastic service from servers like Eric. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, perfect for a fun night out with great food and service. Be sure to try the "ridiculously small brownie" for a sweet treat. Overall, a great spot for families and friends looking for a good meal and a vibrant dining experience.
After making a reservation, I called the restaurant with some questions. However, during dinner, the staff surprised us by informing us of an 18% gratuity fee that would be charged to each person in the group, even if we were all paying separately. I believe this information should have been communicated during the reservation process. Although money was not a problem for us, it could be an issue for someone on a fixed budget who had carefully planned out their meal expenses. This unexpected charge definitely detracted from the overall dining experience.
Our table wasn’t fully cleaned when we were seated. There was plum sauce on one of the chairs and food all over the floor. It took them a bit to clean but after that everything was great!
It was excellent and the waitress was also helpful with helping us choose what to order.
Nothing like yelling at the person across the table because the music is to loud
We had made a reservation two weeks in advance, but when we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was overbooked and couldn't seat our group of seven adults at one table. After waiting, the manager finally accommodated us at the bar.
