Chuck's Roadhouse Grill - Mississauga

This chuck's location is very disappointing... the food was pretty bad and although the server was nice.. he was scarce and didn't check up. My kids burgers were burnt.. and the bun was so hard you couldn't even push your finger through it. The saving grace was the price of the beers! Wouldn't go back for food.. but maybe for drinks.

Dinner was great! PorterSteaks were cooked well and fish and chips was nice and crispy. Everyone enjoyed their nachos and quesadillas. Great atmosphere with the leafs playing and everyone cheering as the game went on. Sorry no pix of the food as we just want to enjoy our dinner and our get together?

This has been my local watering hole for a couple weeks now. I only go here because of the cheap beer. The manager sits at a table in the back talking on his cell all the time, everyday. Staff is running around like crazy and he does nothing. The regulars at the bar are vaping and trying to hid it but you can see it. I am watching somebody right now doing it at the bar. I would not recommend this to any family that wants to have good food and good time. I will recommend if you are on a budget and aren 't a foodie.

HiThis place is so good but recently I came 3-4 times in last week.I told my friends it’s a best place to hangout eat and drink, staff is very helpful and nice but there is one lady she was very rude with us.She don’t know how to treat customer, how to talk.I came two days back to back because of birthday party and she make us make half an hour and there all 4 tables empty, people are coming after us she is giving table to them , she is trying to make us more wait because I asked her name and told this is not a right way to talk and she offended.Her name is kairavi and I think she is the manager there.Honestly if manager doesn’t know how to treat customer then what she gonna tell her employee how to work.Every day she saw us and make us wait.Never wants to come back here again.

Ordered a steak it was over cooked. Firstly I asked for medium rare I got a medium which was not even medium it was more medium well done. I took four bites from it. The server didn’t come to check if everything was ok. A while later comes out and I flagged her down and said the steak is completely dry.m and that I originally asked for medium rare. She takes my plate in and few minutes later the manager comes out asked me what was wrong. I explained and then she argues with me that the stick colour is there and I should have known. First of I said this is my first time eating here I do not know what the colour of the stick is as other places I’ve had steak at don’t do that. And then goes to tell me having 4 bites from the steak that I ate 50% of it. How ridiculous, at that point I said you don’t need to make a new one that was not what I asked just pack it up I don’t want anything else. But then she came out later with a steak cooked medium rare, it was perfect and I appreciated that. But my biggest complaint is that this manger goes to use the restroom and doesn’t wash her hands! Disgusting!
